Some TV shows I've been watching lately

Namely The Newsroom and Dates, and I happen to like both of them. I saw an honorable want-to-be man, Will McAvoy, in the Newsroom and a lovable want-to-date woman Mia in Dates.

I fucked up two very important interviews last week, two very interviews I have been looking for like for years. And i fucked up. Because I can't speak fluent English. I don't know if I should start practicing oral English at the age of 30, or would it be better if I just give it up and stop wasting my time? Just be honest here, there is no way I can catch up, not in a million years. Should I stop looking for those "dream jobs" and be a bit realistic?
